It is my pleasure to welcome you on behalf of the higher organization committee that has the honor to hold the 13th "Kuwait Dental Association" conference upon the land of friendship and peace, Kuwait. and the patronage of his highness, the prime minister shaik Naser Al – Mohamed Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al-Sabah ,whom we are so grateful and pleased for his support .

We do, Also express our thanks and pleasures to the representative of his highness,

from the beginning ,we found a great interest from his high ness focusing on the scientific research, especially matters related to the field of dentistry ,that ,consequently ,support a qualitative and quantitative advancement in dental health care, here, in the state of Kuwait .

This conference reflects a need for international co-operation that we hope to be turning point for the field of dentist and dental sciences in our remarkable state of Kuwait .it also creates an atmosphere to share and exchange and knowledge all over the world, here, since it links the Kuwaiti dentists along with foreign experts.

We offer you, with pleasure ,this booklet containing such information about our conference scientific and social programs that we suppose to be helpful .
